Our annual Dream It, Be It program offers mentorship, encouragement, and career guidance to teen girls. Through interactive activities and conversations with women role models, participants explore their strengths and envision new possibilities for their future. The Spring Conference brings Soroptimists from across the region together for inspiration, learning, and fellowship. Held this year on April 24–26 in Washington, PA, the gathering features workshops, speakers, and shared celebrations of our collective impact. This special lunch honors women who are the primary financial providers for their families and pursuing their education. It’s a meaningful moment of recognition, community support, and hope.
